PropCite is a directory of listing agents ranked by one thing: how often AI assistants name them when home sellers ask for help. We don't sell rankings. We measure what AI actually says.
Home sellers increasingly start with an AI assistant — "Who's the best listing agent in Austin?" — instead of a Google search. Whichever agents those assistants name win the introduction. PropCite measures exactly that.
That's the whole signal: AI citation share across the engines sellers use, refreshed monthly.
No paid placement. An agent cannot pay to rank higher, and money never moves rankings. Claiming a profile is free and does not change where an agent appears.
We only publish what we can verify. For agents who haven't claimed their profile, we show only AI-observed facts — their name, city, AI answer share, and how many of the 50 answers named them. We never invent sales figures, review counts, or other stats.
Claimed profiles are clearly marked. When an agent claims their profile and provides additional details (bio, brokerage, contact, service areas), those are shown with a Verified badge — added by the agent with their consent, separate from the AI-measured ranking.
PropCite is built by the team behind DoIAppear, an AI-visibility diagnostic for real estate professionals. We've spent our time measuring how AI assistants answer real questions about agents and markets — PropCite turns that measurement into a public, citable directory.
Our incentive is accuracy: the directory is only useful to sellers if it reflects what AI genuinely says, so we keep it measurement-driven and paid-placement-free.
